Go Wild
Garfield is back and hungry… for adventure? Follow everyone’s favourite furry, fridge-raiding feline as he goes outdoors for the very first time.
Words Hannah Taylor
Everyone knows the iconic, loveable, lazy orange tabby. Now, discover his story.
After being abandoned in the rain by his father, Vic, young Garfield befriends a human eating a delicious-looking pizza… and the rest is history.
Years later, that human – Jon Arbuckle – has adopted Garfield and learned to live with his unique eating habits as he’s seen him grow from cute kitten into lazy, sarcastic, spoilt cat. Pizza, pasta, popcorn, potato chips, and, of course, his favourite, lasagne – everything’s on the menu! No cat has got it so good.
But that’s all about to change when Vic re-enters Garfield’s life and recruits him to his crew for his latest heist. Garfield must adapt from indoor cat to outdoor cat on a life-changing adventure, with his doggy BFF by his side, that brings him out of comfort and face to face with all manner of furry friends and foes.
The star-studded animation is led by Chris Pratt as the voice of Garfield, with screen legend Samuel L. Jackson and Nicholas Hoult voicing his birth and adopted father respectively. They’re joined by Ted Lasso’s Hannah Waddingham and Brett Goldstein, alongside Ving Rhames, Harvey Guillén, and more. There’s even a special appearance from Snoop Dogg as Snoop Catt!
