Calculated Risk
Christian Wolff’s one-man operation must become a pack in this much-anticipated sequel where murder triggers a deadly game.
Words Hannah Taylor
Ben Affleck’s Christian Wolff is an autistic auditor for criminal clients and a ruthless hitman rolled into one, and he’s back in action in a thrilling new chapter that presents him with an even trickier puzzle to solve.
Following the previous film, where the pieces of his complex past fall into place as he deciphers a case of missing money in deadly fashion, Wolff is called in from the cold by FBI Agent Marybeth Medina, now Treasury Director, to solve the murder of someone close to them both. Wolff must be prepared to face up against a group of mysterious assassins who are hot on his tail.
But this time, he can’t do it alone. Reunited after more than ten years estranged, Wolff recruits his equally lethal brother, Brax, to balance the equation on this deadly mission where the superintelligent accountant needs more than his unique mind and combat expertise to find the answer.
Director Gavin O’Connor and writer Bill Dubuque return alongside the supporting cast of Jon Bernthal, Cynthia Addai-Robinson, J.K Simmons, and new addition Daniella Pineda for this sequel to the sleeper hit. It’s the same formula for a smart, action-packed thrill, but everything is multiplied.

Ben In Action
He’s kept Gotham clean as Batman, but Ben “action” Affleck has portrayed many protagonists seeking justice in crime-ridden cities.
The Town

The Accountant
Christian Wolff uncooks the books for several illegal corporations. He takes on a new client – a robotics company that’s missing millions of dollars – as the FBI hunts for his true identity.
Hypnotic
After witnessing a mysterious man commit a peculiar crime, Detective Danny Rourke’s investigation leads him into the world of mind control that may hold the key to finding his missing daughter.
