The Boys star Jack Quaid is going super in a new action-comedy about a regular guy with a not-quite-so-ordinary “ability”… Nathan Caine can’t feel pain. Amber Midthunder co-stars as the girl of his dreams, but when she’s kidnapped, Nathan decides to step up to save the day and soon discovers that the lifelong medical condition he’s always thought was holding him back is actually something of a superpower in the criminal underworld. The trailer is chock full of action and the sort of hilarious interactions that come from a classic action hero being numb to pain. There’s sure to be plenty more where that came from when Novocaine hits cinemas March 28.
