The new trailer, titled “Stories”, gives us our first real look at the film’s plot as we join Woody, Buzz, and all our returning favourites as they meet a new toy that their owner Bonnie has created at school. Meet Forky, a spork with googly eyes, pipe cleaner arms, and an enormous existential crisis. Forky believes he was never meant to be a toy and during a family road trip, he jumps from the RV in a bid to make it on his own. Ever the one to save the day, and do what’s right for Bonnie, Woody valiantly follows Forky but winds up in the familiar position of being separated from his fellow toys, again. With Forky by his side, Woody sets out on his most dangerous adventure yet to return to Bonnie, but after a chance meeting with the long-lost love of his life, Bo Peep, he begins to question his own place in the world and what it means to be a toy. With all new footage from the film, hilarious set pieces, and heartwarming moments we’ve come to treasure from the franchise, everything in this trailer suggests we're in for a genuinely emotional end to the Woody and Buzz adventure.
