Vance suits up as Agent Cobra Bubbles and fan favourite aliens Jumba and Pleakley are back, too. Zach Galifianakis and Billy Magnussen partner up and use cloaking technology to go undercover as humans to complete their mission as instructed by the Federation’s Ground Councilwoman, voiced by Hannah Waddingham.
