The BAFTA-winning actor, rapper, writer, and director of Anuvahood returns with a wild Roadman action-comedy-caper that pokes fun at the UK urban genre. Sumotherhood follows two aspiring Roadmen who are desperate to be taken seriously. After a botched attempt at robbing Lethal Bizzle in a nightclub toilet, they set their sights higher by robbing bank, only for their scheme to get them in trouble with London’s toughest firm and their deadly arch rivals. If the story isn’t wild enough, then the stacked guest list is sure to be. The film boasts a who’s who of British names and the trailer is cameos galore with appearances from Jennifer Saunders, Ed Sheeran, Denis van Outen, Tamzin Outhwate, Jaime Winstone, Babatunde Aléshé, Jammer, Megaman, Peter Serafinowicz, and Jeremy Corbyn. From the mind of Adam Deacon comes Sumotherhood, in cinemas October 13.
